Texas Minirod Tractor Pullers Association (TMTPA) is a group of Minirod Pullers based out of the Central Texas Area.
When you contract with TMTPA for a pull at your event, we provide the following:
1. 3 - 4 hours of exciting, nonstop pulling action.
2. Our state of the art weight transfer sled including the operator.
3. Electronic scales.
4. An event announcer and PA system.
5. Track marking and layout.
6. TMTPA carries it's own liability Insurance. (see contract)
To contract with TMTPA for a pull, promotors will need to provide for the following:
1. $750.00 payable to TMTPA for rental of the sled. This includes the associaton
sanctioning fee.
2. A sled transport fee of $1.00 per mile from Milano, TX to your location. This is
a one way charge.
3. TMTPA requests prize money for the pullers. This amount usually starts at
$1000.00, however this may be negotiable. Keep in mind that this is your event. and prize money is what entices more pullers to come and make it a success!
4. A 30' x 300' (min) prepared clay/dirt track.
5. Track maintenance equipment with operator.
6. Electricity for PA system, and lighting for any night pulls.
