TMTPA pull times:
7 PM Thursday Night
6 PM Friday/Saturday Nights
The Thursday night pull will be Texas Minirod Pullers, Texas Truck and Tractor Pullers and local pickups. We understand that we will have several hours on Thursday evening to run our minirods.
Friday and Saturday nights, TMTPA will again open the show for the OUTLAWS and the TTTPA, and we will be given the 1 hour time slot to finish our pull, just as it was last year.
This will be a 3 night event, one hook per night. Distances will not be combined, winners will be determined and prize money paid out each night.
Again, and because of time constraints, the host is only going to allow us to pull 4 classes. For all 3 nights, these classes will be 1500 4 cylinder, 1700 Econo 8 Cylinder, 1950 Modified 8 Cylinder, and 2WD Trucks. No other TMTPA classes will run. 4x4 pickups will pull with the other association.
NOTICE
In order for us to be able to organize lineup, Tractors must be signed in no later than 6 PM Thursday night, and no later than 5 PM Friday and Saturday nights.
If you are not currently a TMTPA member, and you plan to join and pull at this event, PLEASE be in the pits no later than 4 PM, so we can process memberships and inspect your tractor.
Also if you are going to join TMTPA at this event, you MUST contact us in advance so that we can send you a 2010 membership card.
Track officials charge for pit passes at this event. and a TMTPA membership card will allow free entrance for pullers and pit crew.
The purse will be $1,200.00 each night.
This will be divided evenly into the 4 classes. $300.00 per class per night.
Payback each night will be as follows:
1st - $150.00, 2nd - $105.00, 3rd - $45.00
TMTPA hook fee will be $10 per tractor, per night. There will be no hook fee payback at this pull. Time constraints will not allow a tractor to pull twice in the same class.
All vehicles must meet TMTPA rules.
TMTPA PULL LOCATION WILL BE AT THE DUAL TRACK FACILITY AT THE DE LEON PEACH AND MELON FESTIVAL GROUNDS.
Coming in to De Leon from the east on Highway 6, the new P&M Festival grounds are on the right (north) side of the highway. The first gate turning in off 6 to your right is the pull track.
Coming in to De Leon on Hwy 16 from the north or south, when you intersect HWY 6, you will go east toward Dublin. The new P&M Festival grounds are 1/2 mile past the city limits on the left (north) side of HWY 6. The last gate turning in off 6 to your left is the pull track.
The pit area at this facility is huge. We are sharing it with the Outlaws and the TTTPA, so we may not all be able to pit together.
4 wheelers are allowed for towing or transportation.
